Can you replicate my design?
Yes! We tailor each design we create to your own needs and wants (if you don’t have a design we will give you options. We dont use templates like other companies so your design will be unique.
Can I print half of the order with one company info and half with another?No, every run is made with 1 design. We can however give you a discount for placing 2 orders.

How do you work?Once your order comes in we start your design process. You can email us any artwork you have or any ideas you want incorporated. Form there we will have your design ready 1-2 days. You will get an email from the art department and follow through with artwork revisions until you are 100% Satisfied with the design. When you approve design the order goes into production. Your order will ship out 2-3 days depending on your location.
What if I do not want to make payment in advance?We do not begin any projects without the client making payments in advance, reason being that once we provide the initial concepts if the client has not made the payment in advance they could decide not to continue and keep the logos provided for their use and there would be copyright issues and legal costs involved for our company. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we have a very high satisfaction rate.
Am I pay required the full amount?Although we do prefer you pay in full, you are not required to pay full amount. You can leave a 50%deposit now and the other 50% once the artwork is approved specifically when your order is considerably large.
How many revisions I can suggest?Unlimited revisions. Additional revisions apart from the one included in your package can be applied until you are fully satisfied.
Can you price match?Yes we do our best to price match and better the price you are getting. Please send us or let us know the website you refer to so that we can compare materials size and make sure we are quoting you the same item.
Are there extra fees for design?First time clients can be waived this fee. There after we always try to work with our clients based on the work involved. If it is minimal we can always waive it.

How do I order a website design?
On our website go to packages click on web design packages, select the package you want and make payment. Next, you will be contacted to complete the creative brief and we will begin your web design on the same day or the next business day after receiving your order and payment.
What do I do if your packages do not suit my needs?
If our website design packages do not quite suit your needs due to any reason, e.g. you require more pages designed & developed, please discuss your needs with us and we will provide you with an accurate package.

Do I own my domain and my website?
Yes, you are registering directly with us.
What if i want to transfer my webiste somewhere else ?
You can transfer domain and hosting elsewhere for a fee of $25
Can I host the website somewhere else, not with you?
Yes you may, you can also register your domain elsewehere and we will make sure to make the necessary connections to have your website running as it would with us. Once we upload we are not responsible for the hosting companies performance. If there were ever any errors they would be subject to support charges if they are requested to us. These charges would not apply if it were hosted with us.
What type of web hosting do I require for a website designed by your team?
Our developers code PHP/SQL/HTML websites therefore you will require a host that supports PHP. We will also need to know what versions of PHP your host provides.
Do your services or packages include databases, shopping carts and e-commerce websites?
Our packages do not include these. We do offer additional services if needed and customizable to your requirements. Each feature is quite different depending on clients requirements.
